MECHANISM OF ACTION :

Anti-Arthritic Effect 

Reduces degradation of Glycosaminoglycans, components of connective tissue.

Improves blood supply to the joints and maintain the integrity of blood vessels.

Impressive antioxidant and antibacterial effects,Manages nitric oxide production,

activate protein kinase C which supports cartilage health under mechanical stress

Anti-Inflammatory Effect 

Inhibits  the enzyme Cyclo-Oxygenase & 5-Lipo-Oxygenase in biosynthesis of

PROSTAGLANDINS, THROMBOXANES & LEUKOTRINES ( Inflammatory Agents ).

Inhibits production of pro-inflammatory peroxynitrite radicals & nitrite. similar to

corticosteroids.  Inhibits Phospholipase A2in the synthesis of Arachidonic acids

Analgesic Effect 

Deplete sensory nerves of neurotransmitter called “Substance P”.  This action may

cause local desensitization to pain stimuli.

COMPOSITION:

Boswellia serrata 100 mg, Cardiospermum helicacabum  100 mg, Vitex negundo 100 mg,

Myristica officinalis          20 mg, Alpini galanga  20 mg, Allium sativum  20 mg, Curcuma longa           20 mg, Ocimum sanctum  20 mg, Piper nigrum  20 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra  20 mg,

Zingiber officinalis  20 mg,  Withania somnifera  20 mg, Tinospora cordifolia              20 mg.

Dose : One capsule 3 times a day or as directed by the Physician.
